On the Monday and Tuesday of the conference, there will be excursions for persons who are accompanying conference participants. These will include private tours of two historic house museums, Frank Lloyd Wright's Robie House of 1906 and Glessner House, the 1887 Prairie Avenue mansion designed for industrialist John J. Glessner by Boston architect Henry Hobson Richardson. There will also be a guided architectural walking tour of the University of Chicago's Gothic-inspired campus and a visit to one of Chicago's renowned museums.
